I just bought a Soundcore Spirit X2 and I really like it. However, I don’t care for the wingtips that came with it, so I removed them. After removing them I noticed a button that extended up out of the earpieces. When I put the headset on and turn to fit my ears, they scratch my ears. I called Tech Support and was told that wingtips are to cover them. I don’t believe it. I am not sure if this is an oversight on Soundcore part of this is intentional. I just want to let people be aware of it.
