From Left to Right (the sliders)
It’s the Lowest Bass (Boom) to Highest Treble (think Cymbal Crash).

The best thing you can do is get in there and adjust until you hit on what you like. What I’m saying is no one can tell you what will sound best to you. Only you will know.

PS I generally prefer some form of a V Shape, but that’s me, not necessarily what you will like.
