Something dosent work with the headphones Life Q20

i cant use my mic and headphones at the same time.

The audio works but not my mic and when my mic works the audio dosent

I would try resetting them. If that doesn’t help, try contacting Customer Support.

I agree I would try resetting them. Does this occur when using Bluetooth or wired connection. I would also see if changing devices changes this result

You may tell us the device you are using the headphones and what happens if you are changing to another one.
