Sound core + connecting to bluetooth android

I got 2 of the core + party cast I was told that I can pair 2 with my android but no more than 2 I got both paired but they are separately paired will not play both at the same time only one either the left one by it self or the right one by its self . I called the company 5 times trying to get them to work used different devices like they said tried every thing they said and have worked with them for 6 days now no luck. A specialist at the mobile phone store looked at them and my mobile device and said no you can’t play both unless you hook the second one of the other with RCA cables I told him I tried that too still only one at a time will play then I had 3 PC tech’s I know look and check them out they said no not going to play both speakers. What is the deal ??.

I am not fully understanding which exact product you are referring to. What is the product code?

With Soundcore currently their offer either

  • TWS. Where one speaker does left, the other right. Two speakers max.
  • Partycast. Where each speaker is mono. 100 speakers max.

The exact method to get TWS or Partycast is product specific.

Could you specify the model of your 2 speakers

Agree on the speakers they are using. ( Motion plus, Flare Plus, Icon plus and etc.).

Will say that I think a couple of those had upgrades to them. It could be an issue where the upgraded version has partycast and the older version did not. (for example)

I’d suggest that it’s likely due to having both speakers connected to the device, if so, they won’t connect to each other…

I have a few  flare 2s and a couple flare minis. On both my iPad and iPhone, I’ve named each so I don’t lose visibility as to which is being connected.

Here are the steps I use, and hopefully similar process for your speakers…

  • remove pairing for second, third , etc speaker from your device
  • turn off secondary speakers
  • make sure first (primary) is connected and plays music
  • turn on second speaker, and as it does the pairing sound, press and hold the Bluetooth button (should change from blue to flashing white)
  • press and hold the Bluetooth button on the primary (should change to flashing white, and the solid white when connected)

I can then control both flares lights through the app, and the sound comes from both.

Below is a short part of the thread where I posted the vid showing such. (Snippet of thread)

Now, granted, you may not have the flare 2s, so it would be nice to know which speakers you have, so we can better help.
