I was able to turn my headphones on, but now they cannot be turned off. I’ve tried holding the power button, nothing happens. I can’t turn off the noise cancellation with the NC button either, and the volume buttons also don’t work. They’re still on, but I’m worried that when they run out of power I will not be able to turn them back on. Is there a way to trouble shoot this? Hard reset also hasn’t worked due to the buttons not working.
