We have had a several threads in the past about connecting to the app. With new earbuds coming out, I am assuming we may have an influx of new users searching on how to connect their device to the app. So here it is using the Liberty 2 as an example. You can try this as it is a little how to do. I may need to update the pictures as the app view has changed a little and should work with all devices.

You may want to state the device you need help with as I think there is a few that has older version that are not app supported but the newer versions may have gotten app support. I was thinking there was just a handful that has switched. It could be you have a version of that product that is not the updated version.
