When I select anc in the app and the I Pitt the earbuds back in the case.It reverts back to the normal option. My question is in how cam I have it not reverts to the normal but stat în anc?

Yes. The model is liberty pro 3
Do you have “long press” set to switch between modes? I noticed that when I was taking the buds from the case to put them in my ears, I sometimes inadvertently switched modes due to a long press on one of the buds. Just a thought.
It may be a default. I have liberty air 2 pros and it goes into Anc… the 3 may not do that… Service@soundcore.com may be an option to check with as well
