I’ve had my Anker soundcore for a while now and use it every day, however today it started to stop working. When I connect via Bluetooth there is two options either stereo or hands-free, the hands-free works but sounds terrible. And when I try to use it on stereo mode it stops working entirely. I have tried updating and uninstalling the device multiple times but nothing works. Any help would be much appreciated.
Soundcore Has Stopped Working
If you’re trying to use them for Youtube videos or something similar then stereo should be working as hands-free is working. So this can be a driver issue on your laptop or hardware issue in the speaker. I would recommend you reset your speaker

In your case, please try the following steps to see if it works:
- Try press the Volume+ and Bluetooth button of your speaker at the same time for 3-5s to see if it help resolve the issue or not
- Try to upgrade the Bluetooth driver of your computer to the latest version
- Try another device if it’s possible
