You do know on Windows it is either headphone mode without microphone or headset mode with microphone and reduced quality? It’s either/or, and a feature of Windows.

If I had this issue I’d be deleting device, reboot, add device.

So, yes. Old thread. Same issue. Different person. Different phone. Have you people figured this out yet? I have no problems with any other earbuds. Seems they are they issue.

Check pairing is enabled for calls.
