Hello everyone. I recently bought a pair of soundcore life notes, and just a few days ago, after having removed them from the charging case, I realized that the left earbud said “battery medium”, while the right bud said “battery high”. They were both (supposedly) fully charged after a few hours in the charging case. I tried restarting the earphones, but that didn’t work. I tried turning the left earbud off and leaving it outside the case, but it was still discharging.
Any help?
