Soundcore Life Q35 - Issue in "Normal" mode

Hi,

I have a pair of Soundcore Life Q35 headphones.

I noticed an issue with the “Normal” mode; when in this mode, I have an issue that causes the microphones to be always on.

Is this normal or it is an issue?
