Soundcore p20i played more accentuated in the left headphone

The music, especially the vocals, is played more accentuated in the left headphone.
Changing the balance does not help, because the volume of the headphones is the same. The problem is that I seem to be standing to the left of the stage and hear everything in my left ear.
