March 2023, they had a big sale, but they seem to keep having this issue.
Doesn’t look to me that Windows / Mac is keeping the stream open. Looks more like the headsets stop switching sometimes.
When this happens to me, normally is that switching Spotify to my phone, make playing the music in my phone but nothing goes out by the headphones. SO the only way to fix it, is:
- Disconnect them from the phone
- Click the On button twice (in the headset) to enter in pair mode
- Then connect from the phone
No need to unpair them from the phone, just disconnect them.
THEN what happens is I cannot hear from my laptop (I have windows and mac, so depending the hour of the day I use one work or the other, personal) I need to do the same operation on the laptop.
This is not always, so sometimes just works, no problems. But sometimes they refuse to work 
and need to be convinced to work.
