Space A40 white noise even when not playing

Hi when I place ear buds in with no music playing I can hear like a quiet white noise, is this normal? Thanks… Ellis

Probably just in transparency mode. Press and hold either ear bud for 2 seconds to cycle out of it.

It is in transparency mode but my previous earbuds never had that sound when I’m transparency mode.

Hade the same, reinstal app for " flat ldac" or don’t use app. Hiss and white noise disappeared.
