Turned on wear detection, follow the steps did calibration, new device bought two days ago, means sensor is clean, reboot the device, still no luck, it keeps playing the music when I take off the device.

You have to remove the sticker from a sensor (inside the erphone). And you need to do the setup inside the app.

I am also having the problem. They were working fine for several months and after the last update it stopped working. I did clean the sensor with a qtip and alcohol and reset them. The calibration fails every time as if they aren’t placed correctly on the table but they are cup facing up and all. It doesn’t work on my phone or computer (both of which worked fine before). I loved the wearing detection at work!
