I use EQ that is available in Soundcore APP.
To speak about player… VLC is pretty good.

The best EQ is the one that sounds best to you. I’m not trying to be difficult, but that is true. No one can tell you what will sound best to your ears.

As for the best Music Player for Android, I really Like Poweramp.

I agree with Steve on this, different styles of music and personal preference for control and sounds with highs, lows, etc will mean different eq programs will work for you. Personally I use eq through soundcore and it works great for me.
