VR P10 mic not working

I can’t get my new vrp10 microphone to work on my Quest 2 or 3. I can hear other players but they can’t hear me

  • Make sure your mic is unmuted in the quick settings app inside of the headset.

  • Make sure you don’t have any available updates on both the headset or earbuds/dongle(dongle needs to be plugged into a device to receive updates).

  • Hold down the power button on the headset until you see a power menu

  • toggle on the option to update before power off

  • select power off

  • turn on headset

  • unplug and replug dongle from headset

  • Make sure the meta quest mode is toggled on inside of the soundcore app.
