What metrics does Soundcore Liberty 4 use for HRV?

Hi. What metrics does Soundcore Liberty 4 use for HRV - RMSSD or SDRR?

I didn’t find this info in the manual https://support.soundcore.com/s/product/a085g000004yUjEAAU/liberty-4 .

Got responses from the support that Liberty 4 uses RMSSD for the calculation HRV.
RMSSD is the same metric used in Oura, Garmin, and most other HRV devices.
