Why call answer option is not available in p20i?
They can maybe give an answer but I am thinking it may be due to cost.
You should check the device bt settings and if the phone option is not on (if it has that)
On an incoming call, double tap on the top of the earbud stem to pick up the call - you can repeat the double tap action to hang up as well.
