Interesting story behind it. Similar to Nikki Sixx’s experience with an overdose he had back in the 80s. He and Motely Crue wrote the song Kickstart My Heart.

I remember when the song was released. Those Use Your Illusions I and II were some of my favorite albums at that time.

Cool share, I too didn’t realize this was a Dylan song prior. Only recall the GNR version.
