Why soundcore app doesn't support p2i TWS?

I bought soundcore p2i TWS and i surprised that your app doesn’t support it!!
How come?

It is something that service@soundcore.com is more equipped to answer.

If I had to guess it is due to the p2i are 20 dollars.

Earbuds usually start app support around 80 dollars or so. Speakers usually more like 50 dollars
