Soundcore life Q30

I have just purchased the Soundcore life Q30,
I have 2 complaints,
1.
and to be honest with noise cancellation on and there’s any amount of wind the noise is multiplied through the ear cups, which makes listening to music impossible.
2. With noise cancellation on and I was on a bus the vibration of the whole bud comes through both eat cups, also making listening to music impossible.
Without noise cancellation on there are ok. But the noise cancelling is why I bought them.
Has anyone else had the same problem as me?

Q30 ANC woofer issue

I got my Q30 a few days ago and I noticed that if the ANC is on and I’m on a bus, every time there’s a bump on the road, the woofer on both cups makes a boom sound, if I turn the ANC off, it’s fine but I can’t hear the music because of the background noise. I tried resetting the headphones and forgetting them from the phone but it didn’t help. Is there something I can do or they’re defective?

Hi mate, I had the same issue as #2, had them send me a replacement pair which behave the same. Now I returned them to Anker to get a full refund and probably purchase from another brand.
