Soundcore App (iOS) - Improvement Recommendation

I used the Soundcore App as usual to check if there was any new updates on features or firmware, was surprised to see a customer survey pop-up.

Gave it a shot, mid-way on the survey it asked about Liberty Air 2…

I only have the Soundcore Liberty 2 Pro and only this product paired on this app.

I would have been interested in providing inputs about L2P and cannot provide any inputs on LA2 which I never bought or don’t own it.

Soundcore engineering team / app developers should build the app to present the product survey only to users who own the specific products. The app already knows what product is paired, then why this shortcoming?

Hope this gets conveyed to the concerned team.

Huh, that’s weird. I have only gotten surveys for products I was using at that time…

Makes sense that it really shouldn’t ask you about products you don’t have. Sounds like for you at least the targeting was off base.

It’s different case for you though you own a whole lot of Soundcore items, any survey they throw at you, the odds are you already own them
